A Note on COVID Safety:
We continuously adapt to Covid as necessary. Due to Covid the majority of Yoga Teacher Trainings are now taught online. We do not believe an exclusively online 200 Hour Teacher Training is the optimal way to learn to certain aspects of the practice, such as hands on adjustments, alignment, creating a sacred space, and the pure magic that happens when those with a common interest come together to learn, share, and grow. This 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is scheduled with both virtual, homework, and in person sessions, with Zoom being an option for students at any point. We will practice the following protocols during in person classes:
• Spend as much time as possible outdoors, practicing outside on the grass to connect to the elements of nature and breathe fresh air.
• We will keep windows open when inside and run a fan facing out to create air flow in the room.
• Commonly touched surfaces are disinfected regularly.
• We encourage regular hand washing.
• When practicing hands on adjustments, we will wash hands and wear masks.
• ZOOM WILL BE AN OPTION for students who develop an illness or need to stay home and protect themselves and their families or if the governor implements a Stay-at-Home Order
