    Welcome to Organic Roots Yoga!

    You are probably here because you want to take high quality yoga classes to enhance your physical and mental health.


    You want to feel welcome and comfortable, and you want knowledgeable and experienced teachers.


    You have probably been thinking about improving your wellness for a while and now you are ready to make it a priority. You are ready to get new results.


    Our yoga membership is designed exactly for you.


    These classes are not your typical yoga class.


    We get to know each of our students by name.


    We pay attention to each student and give you support and feedback during the class.


    Our classes are intentionally 75 minutes long—longer than typical sessions—to ensure a truly immersive experience. This extra time allows us to deeply integrate body work (asanas), breath-work (pranayama), mindfulness, and meditation, guiding you toward profound relaxation and self-discovery.


    We have created an entire community around our yoga classes so that you can be surrounded with other people who care about a yogic lifestyle...a lifestyle of wellness, health, and fulfillment.


    With over 30 years of combined yoga experience, we know what works and what doesn't work...


    Dabbling in yoga (dropping in for one class every blue moon) doesn't work.


    A consistent daily or at minimum weekly practice works.


    And that is exactly what we have built our Yoga Membership on...what works for YOU, to help YOU get the results you actually want from yoga.


    Our Yoga Membership is for people who are ready to go all in for their wellness.


    This is how it works:


    - Members get to come to as many yoga classes as they'd like.


    - Members receive 1 free guest pass per month.


    - Members get to participate in special events and gatherings.


    - Members get discounted prices on masterclasses and specialty workshops.

    Expect a grounding journey where movement is linked to breath, creating a meditative experience. It is the perfect class to release stress, build body awareness, and cultivate a practice that is sustainable, strong, and personal.

    In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of our clients/students and out of consideration for the facilitators' time, we have adopted the following policies:


    ARRIVAL TO YOUR CLASS/SESSION

    If you are a new client/student please arrive for your class/session 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time to fill out an intake form.


    All services offered have a specific time schedule and a slightly early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. 


    CANCELLATION POLICY

    For classes/events/camps

    1 month in advance 100% refund

    2 weeks in advance 50% refund 

    less than 2 weeks refunds not offered
