We specialize in yoga series. These series are 12 weeks long every Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring. Each series gives you an opportunity to apply the practice of yoga, and most importantly to actually experience all of the benefits through a more consistent practice.
Our Yoga Teacher Trainings are one of a kind. This rigorous training includes personal practice, teaching methodology, anatomy and physiology, philosophy and history, mindset coaching, connection with nature, lifestyle and ethics, as well as a mentorship.
