  • Practice teaching as the lead instructor for 4 classes. This includes preparation and lesson plans. Feedback and Q&A with mentor after each class.

2023 Training Dates

We are now offering two training options

1. Six Month Training Program

March-September 2023

Saturdays 9am-4pm: 

March 18-June 24 Every Saturday, and then 

every other Saturday through September: 

July 8, 22, Aug 5, 19, Sept 2, 16, 30

Wednesdays 5:30-6:45pm:

March 22-September 6 Every Wednesday

Practicum/Internship: scheduled with Lead Instructor

2. One Month INTENSIVE Program

June 1-30, 2023

Mondays-Saturdays 9am-4pm. 

Sunday will be a day of rest and we will not have classes

Commitment and Investment

Time and Energy Investment

A 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training is a significant commitment to pursuing learning and growth during class sessions and at home. 100% participation and attendance to all sessions is required. There are five additional hours factored into the training incase of major family commitment (such as a wedding), or illness.

After your application has been reviewed we will schedule a phone interview with you. If it is determined that it is a good fit, you will be offered a spot in the training.

If you are accepted into the training, your application fee will be applied toward your tuition.
