Join us to get ahead of the holiday indulgence mentality as we practice yoga postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and mindfulness consumption with consistency and noticing results. Yoga has the potential to increase fat loss, develop muscle tone, and build flexibility, leading to a more lean-looking physique and more mindful consumption.
