This class is designed for beginners/experienced beginners (more advanced students and pregnant women will be given variations). If you have injuries or medical conditions that require individual attention please schedule a private class. In this class we will practice aspects of a complete practice: centering, a sequence of poses to revitalize the physical body, deep relaxation, breathing practices, and meditation.
Please remember to practice social distancing (6 feet apart).
Where: 6 minute drive from the studio. (address will be sent upon registration)

Price: By Donation (Cash/check welcome)
Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, bug spray, and anything else that you would want for practicing outside. Please use the restroom prior to coming as there are no bathrooms available. Class is dependent on the weather.
